1. Delivery Areas
We deliver all across Pakistan via trusted courier partners. For international shipping (if applicable), contact support.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above [e.g. PKR 3,000].

• Flat shipping fee for orders below threshold.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) available with no additional fee .

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Order processing time: 1‑2 business days after payment / confirmation.

• Standard delivery: 2‑5 business days for most cities in Pakistan.

• Remote areas may take longer—additional days required.

4. Tracking Orders
Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number and courier details via email / SMS. You can track via courier website or our “Track Your Order” page.

5. Damage or Loss in Transit

• Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice obvious damage, refuse delivery or keep proof.

• Report any damage or missing items within 48‑72 hours via email + photos. We will investigate and replace or refund as per policy.

6. Missing Delivery
If courier cannot deliver, they will attempt [one/two] retries or leave at local pickup point. If you fail to collect, orders may be returned to us; additional shipping or re‑delivery charges may apply.
