1. Returns Period
You may request a return or refund within 15 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. 

2. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

  • Product must be unused, with all tags, and in original condition.

  • Perfume bottles must not be opened/used if claiming due to change of mind (unless noted).

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) required.

  • Return shipping to be arranged by customer unless defect or damage at our end.

3. Process

  • Customer must contact TAREEBA support (email / via website) within 15 days.

  • Provide photos if item is damaged or incorrect.

  • If eligible, TAREEBA will issue a refund back to original payment method or offer exchange/store credit.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed within 7‑10 business days.

  • Store credit or exchanges may take similar timeframe.

5. Non‑Refundable / Non‑Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.

  • Perfumes opened/sprayed unless they are defective.

  • Sale / discounted / clearance items (unless defect).

  • Any product without proof of purchase.

6. Fault / Damage at Delivery
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange for replacement or full refund at our cost.
